Hmm. Is there anything that changed wrt. manpage generation?
Or is it just that, to maintain sanity wrt. spurious diffs in
these files, we now require that users of CVS Autoconf either
have help2man installed or will have to live with a possibly
broken manpage?
Maybe README-alpha should contain a note that help2man is needed.
