That's because "make html" doesn't work well in Autoconf 2.59 for me,
anyway; it generates files containing garbage in them.  Most
importantly, the copyright notice is hosed.  Also, it only generates
one form of the HTML (the single-node version).  I thought it better
to not publish it, and to try to do better next version.

Thanks for the other suggestions.  I installed this:

        * manual/.symlinks: Symlink manual/autoconf-2.59/* to manual/*.
        * autoconf.html: Update reference to manual to avoid version number.
        Clarify references to related software.
