Fix Autoconf PR/207:
AC_PREFIX_PROGRAM fails with dashed program names
* lib/autoconf/general.m4 (AC_PREFIX_PROGRAM): Just use a fresh
variable when looking for the prefix program.
Now it also works for shell variables.
