ChangeLog:
* aclang.m4 (AC_REQUIRE_CPP): Don't default to C++ - call AC_FATAL
for unsupported languages.
In fact we should introduce AC_LANG_PREPROCESSOR_REQUIRE or something
like that. And AC_REQUIRE_CPP should point to it.
