It appears that "autoupdate" uses tests/m4sugar.m4 instead of the
top-level m4sugar.m4 disregarding --autoconf-dir

So it's probably not such a good idea to use the same name. I'll have a
look whether autoupdate can (and should) be fixed.

In any case, I believe that we should rename tests/m4sugar.m4 to something
less confusing.
