Formatting fixes

Hello!

Since I touched AC_SHELL_UNSET I couldn't ignore the fact that it was
named AC_SHELL_UNSETENV in the comment.

Also I decided to refresh my awk skills and scanned for comment separators
not matching the length of the above string :-)

ChangeLog:
        * acfunctions.m4: Formatting fixes.
        * acgeneral.m4: Likewise.
        * aclang.m4: Likewise.
        * acspecific.m4: Likewise.
        * libm4.m4: Likewise.
