* lib/autoconf/types.m4 (_AC_CHECK_TYPE_NEW_BODY): Extract
test body here. Move head comment of _AC_CHECK_TYPE_NEW here.
(_AC_CHECK_TYPE_NEW): Define a shell function and call it.
