m4/ax_lib_hdf5.m4 uses the obsolete macro AC_HAVE_LIBRARY(), which raises a
warning with autoreconf (or an error with --warnings=error).

The attached patch replaces AC_HAVE_LIBRARY() with the equivalent
AC_CHECK_LIB() call; see
