    Remove obsolete option related to Japanese TeX
    
    * tex-jp.el (japanese-TeX-command-list): Remove.  Ataka-san and I
    (Ikumi) discussed this topic and decided to delete this option.
    * doc/auctex.texi (Japanese): Mention the above change.
