Preparation for new ELPA release (Re: Dependency on tex-buf.el)

Thank you for preparing the ELPA release.

It seems that some parts of Stefan's patch are missing from the current
master branch. (patch for preview.el, which should obviously be applied
to preview.el.in, and portion of patch for tex-site.el.in) Were they
excluded deliberately?
