After reading the fine manual, I found variable  
`TeX-complete-expert-commands’ and set it from `nil’ to t.  

Now I’ve got auto-completion on the macrocode environment.  
Now it is autocompleted, but the superfluous percent sign is 
nevertheless inserted.
