[AUCTeX-devel] Update for tcolobox.el

Hi all,

I thought this would happen after my retirement, but since that will not
happen anytime soon, I gave it a roll and updated tcolorbox.el.  Core
macros and environments should be there.  I also implemented an
interface to load libraries which can be passed to style via

    \usepackage[<lib-names>]{tcolorbox} or
    \tcbuselibrary{<lib-names>}

with a file name `tcolorboxlib-<libname>.el'.  As a proof of concept,
raster library is already done.

Can tcolorbox users try this out before I push it to git?
