We had quite a few changes, in particular fixing installation on
various platforms, and I think 11.82 would be called for soon.  Yes,
we might still have some fontlock issues, but they don't seem like a
degression as compared to 11.81 and it is not clear that we can get
them fixed anytime very soon.

I don't think we follow our spec file recommendations for RPM files
yet, but at least we _can_ put up something right now.

If nobody ventures any pressing reasons, I think we should push 11.82
out early next week.
