This group didn't appear on Gmane yet, although some messages have
been posted to the list [1].  A similar request for
address@hidden (gmane.emacs.auctex.cvs) has been processed and
the group gea.cvs has been created.

David, maybe you could check whether you got a subscription request
from Gmane (for auctex-diffs)?
