[Aspell-user] where could I find ASpell's DLL and lib file

Hello,

I would like to know where could I find the ASpell's DLL and lib file.
As I have problems compiling the code and in the sites I have seen I get 
only the source code, I will be extremely happy if anyone could let me know 
where to find the DLL and its associated Lib file.
