[aspell-help] 1.2.2 to 1.2.3

Hello,

It possible to replace some of the 1.2.2 files with some 1.2.3 files to
update to the 1.2.3 version without performing a reinstall?

I looked in the 1.2.3 package and could not find this info.

If this is possible, which files would need to be replaced?
