Yes.  Aspell has been undergoing very rapid development in the past two 
months and the manual isn't fully up to data.  Patched welcome ;)

Yeah that should be documented.  It follows MySpell format and can be in 
the same file as the affix file.

Lots of things.  Once I will update the manual once I stop reworking 
Aspell.
