[aspell-devel] [Matthias Urlichs] Bug#233511: libaspell15: conflict with aspell-bg

It seems that the latest stable Aspell release introduced some character
data files which were previously the domain of some dictionaries.  Was
this a mistake, or is the dictionary package at fault for including
these files?
