Figured out that the problem i have with aspell complaining about an unknown 
filter option which was loaded before seems to be a design question about
wether  filteroptions without a `-' inbetween are allowed at all or not,
right now aspell complains about option not beeing main or extra section to 
be unkown if not containing the `-'

Sow how to solve this 
a) build a workarround for options without - in then
b) force  prefixing by flt- , filter-, <filtername>- ... in case of no native 
- in the optionname
c) as b) but for all options independent from - inside optionname or not
