Hello Kevin,
All the information that you need is in the nutshell I haven't
published ;-).
I will send the text later today. (working on the kitchen right now ;-)
The following commands should prove useful:
III - Specify a repository:
$ arx make-archive ArchiveName RepositoryDirectory
ArX development team recommend to use the format
address@hidden
for ArchiveName.
IV - Setup a default archive:
$ arx param default-archive ArchiveName
V - Query the current default archive:
$ arx param default-archive
VI - Initial commit:
go inside the directory you want to commit, and then type
$ arx init-tree brancheName
I will publish the full text of the nutshell as I said as soon as I am
done
with the construction work ;-).
I will have a few questions along with it (get ready Walter ;-)
I hope this helped you !

I think I want to have several archives on my machine. Thus, I don't
want to set a global default archive. But there doesn't seem to be any
way to specify which archive to use when doing the "arx init" on a
tree.
The error message says "No default archive set and no archive
specified"
but "arx init --help" doesn't say how to specify an archive.
Should I enter this as a bug?
Kevin
