It is a bit livelier over at gnustep-devel and discuss-gnustep.
That said, you will in any case need to provide more information, starting with compile error logs...

Compiling GNUStep was ok, also was it for GWorkspace.
Then I wanted to install GNUMail.app, but did not succeed to compile
Pantomime-1.2.0 nor Addresses-0.4.8.
