CodeEditor 0.4.2 is released

[Yen-Ju Chen]

 This is the release to improve the speed.
 To get the best result, use the same font and size for fontification.
 The traits (bold, italic, etc) can still be different.
 xlib backend is faster than art backend due to the glyph generation.
 Furthur improvement might need to optimize GNUstep gui/back,
 which is out of my reach.
