Hi Ankur,
I'm glad *someone* finally contacted me about this. Yes, you're the only
brave who've contacted me so far. I don't have any other hits, although
a couple of people seem to have subscribed to the mailing-list since my
last announcement - but they kept silent.
Limited time is good enough: after all, most of the essential features
are implemented. Nonetheless, I still think a single person is not
enough to ensure a healthy future for the project. I hope more will
offer their help.
I know I'll have to teach a few tricks to the new persons in charge, it
doesn't matter. Although I have very little spare time now, I want to
make sure my disappearance from the scene won't kill ARDB. So I'll pass
along the technical know-how to whoever is interested.
You're a CS person, you won't have any trouble learning the few tricks
required to handle ARDB dev and build. I'm confident. :)
PS: Changes in my life are mostly on the positive side. =) I moved away
a bit to the east in order to live happily with my girlfriend, which is
good even if it meant a longer daily commute. But now just to make
things more complicated, my office moved away a bit to the west, thus
increasing again my daily commute. I now waste more than 13 hours weekly
in public transports. This has killed ARDB programming, sports and a few
other things for me. :(

Hi Francois,
I have some interest in taking up the mantle, but I have a few problems:
1) My time is also quite limited at the current moment
2) Though I'm a CS person, I'm a theorist, so you'll have to teach me a
lot
At any rate, I'd like to be involved, but I don't know how much time I
can devote. Do you have any other hits?
Ankur
P.S. Hope those changes in your life were good things. . . .
