Hi Mike,
This seems to cover it:

WinCVS is part of the CvsGui project, above. It seems, then, to share
the same codebase as gcvs, which works fine on linux. My guess is that
WinCVS just needs SSH setup for it, but don't quote me on that =)
On another note, do you have gpg/pgp keys? If you do, send me your
