Since this seemed like a small task, I've added the "edit model"
button to mapedit. So now it's possible to bring up modeller for an
entity, assuming the following conditions are met:
* The model uses the new-style .amdl file extension
* The tools have been installed by running "make install" after the
build step and they are actually somewhere in your PATH.
* Chances are, it's only working on Linux (unless GTK+ has this
implemented in a cross-platform way).
Also detected a bug I introduced when I did the latest engine changes,
which caused mapedit to crash. So make sure to use the latest engine
version before trying things out.
