It comes pretty close, though :). All in all, your concept for Mina is
very fitting.

The main difference are the ears, I guess. Those of Half-Elves are
smaller than those of Elves. 

In general there are two types of Half-Elves: the rural ones that are
close to nature and not so stylish. Then there are those that serve
Elves and take on some of the elvish habits. 

Lady Frostbloom is quite a mixture of both. She's independant and close
to nature as the rural Half-Elves, but she behaves pretty Elf-like.

The drawing of here is really good, btw!
