[Tsp-devel] RE : [bug #16956] XML2 : can not compile libtspcfg under Solaris

[TSP]

The solution to replace xmlReadFile(filename, encoding, option) by xmlParseFile 
(filename) is OK for the compilation & linking point of view.

As my MLa dev method is :
1) Compiled is tested
2) Linked is validated
I can proudly clam the erk solution is validated.

But if somebody wants to make some real tests, that could be good.
