Just so there's no mistake (like last time), let's make this crystal:

   At [210.18.9.222] there's currently running a DNEWS "pull" feed,
   which is sucking off NEWS.FU-BERLIN.DE, NEWS.UNITEL.CO.KR, and 
   NEWS.BIWA.NE.JP.  All of these are open servers which reveal the
   correct IP address in their dreaded NNTP-Posting-Host headers.
   To cover your tracks, a HipClone proxy exists at [210.18.9.222].

What this means is that [210.18.9.222] is open for (ab)use, will not 
reveal your IP address, and has all logging turned off.  This is thee 
HipClone server for today, and it is propagating plenty of groups (in
"shotgun" mode to all three servers).   [210.18.9.222] will be there
for a few hours of untraceable postings.
