I am generating an automatic image that you can see http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/IEB/Research/Acembly/av.cgi?db=ara&q=at4g35830.aOct08&c=mrna swfc (release .0.8.1) with 2 modifs (colors and .bubble is creating the image you can see on my public server from the .sc file I have attached the problem I have is that swfc crashes on that image swfc -o toto.swf swf-crash.complete.sc => segmentation fault it also crashes on the smaller file but no longer if you remove 10 lines anywhere in the .sc file it then complain that the file is incomplete, which is correct so in effect, I am not asking you to debug my disgusting automatically generated .sc file but I am asking for help so that swfc no longer dies on the first call to getToken() in swfc.c, before reporting any error message jean PS: the image is quite big but the compiler does not crash on smaller images :) but i have very many even bigger images to generate On Oct 20, 2010, at 10:39 PM, Chris wrote: On Wed, 20 Oct 2010 21:43:39 -0400 Jean Thierry-Mieg <address@hidden> wrote: yesterday I downloaded the latest stable distribution swftools-0.9.1 it compiled neatly on a linux x86_64 box although i noticed a few cast problem relative to 64 bits that i ll report later the problem is that for some .sc files, the compiler crashes I attach an example the file swfc_crash.complete.tc Maybe I'm missing the obvious here, but the neither of the files you attached make logical ( as in swfc ) sense. May one ( as in someone who doesn't feel like trawling through a minimum of 2500 lines of code! ), ask exactly what it was you were trying to do here? Cheers, Chris <address@hidden> |
