[Swftools-common] Possible bug with as3compile?

I'm having an interesting thing happen when using as3compile (Ubuntu
10.04 Lucid). It doesn't seem to be respecting the --mainclass
argument. More specifically, if I have a MainClass defined in
MainClass.as, and within MainClass.as I import another class that
extends flash.display.MovieClip (let's say, 'External'), then External
gets treated as the main class for the movie, and MainClass never
runs.

Is this a known bug? If more information is needed I can post a small
example that demonstrates what I'm talking about.
