[Swftools-common] pdf2swf support for > 65536 shapes

Hi all,
I know the 65536 shape is a limit of swf's rather than pdf2swf, but is 
there a way to get pdf2swf to ignore lines below a certain thickness, or 
to simply ignore all lines after this limit? Or is the only alternative 
to convert to bitmap?
