I am converting PDF to SWF and found an issue with complex graphics - one PDF in
particular had a complex illustration perhaps from Illustrator which generated
an error about exceeding SWF polygon limits and failed to produce the swf. This
was actually good that it reported an Error which I could easily trap and handle.
However the same PDF later actually made it through the conversion but the 150kb
PDF produced a 3.5MB SWF ! - no errors.
How might I trap for instances like this during the conversion process and
prevent large SWF from being introduced into my workflow ?
Rather not have to evaluate filesize post production and then deal with it.
