[Swftools-common] gif2swf border wrapping problems

I am attempting to convert gifs two swf format with gif2swf.  It almost 
works except that the right most pixels are translated to the left side of 
the swf and the bottom most pixels are translated to the very top of the 
swf.

Any thoughts on why this would happen and how to correct?
