[Swftools-common] Compiling jpeg2swf under windows (as win binaries)

Could somebody compile jpeg2swf as win32 binary?

I need some changes:

#define MAX_INPUT_FILES 1024   -> Set to 6000

and that it ignores errors such as "rfxswf: file open error"

i tried to compile it...without success... msys says the following, alltough i've installed all the packages:

ERROR:
You need zlib to compile swftools
