[Swftools-common] Questions from a beginner

Hi,

I am a novice at flash, and at swftools, and have been grubbing through the 
documentation.  I have gone through the examples and tutorials. 

I am pretty sure that swftools can do everything I need, but I must say that 
the documentation is leaving me struggling.

Maybe there are people reading this who could offer advice on what I think 
should be a job  swfc can do.  The hardest part of this is explaining what I 
want. My apologies if it is confusing.

What I would like is to construct  an animation that consists essentially of a 
"film loop".  The film loop would consist of 3 boxes (frames) that cycle 
endlessly from top to bottom  of the "window" (I mean the flash bounding 
box). As a frame drops out of the bounding box at the bottom 
a new frame should appear again at the top.  I want the frame to traverse the 
window from top to bottom in about 3 seconds. 
Inside each box I want to embed a sequence of "slides" (jpeg files). I have a 
total of 30 slides, so to see the whole set would take about 30 seconds to 
show, and each slide would show for about 3 seconds.

Can I do this with swfc? or do I need to go to the python interface. I suppose 
I can construct a shell or python script to build an swcf script that just 
stack the whole 30 slides one on top of the other with "put", and then issue
30 "change" commands to shift them down, but there ought to be a better way.
