Nope. SWF.dll is only necessary if you plan to write a
Python application.
(Note to self: That .dll should probably be in a python/ subdirectory,
or have some other name (PythonSWF.dll?))

Well, png2swf *can* convert multiple PNG files into one SWF.
I have never used Flash Studio Pro (v2) though, so I can't answer
the other part of the question. :)
