O.k., seems the 100/second idea wasn't so good, after all. ;)
This is much too confusing.
I changed to parameter to mean actual fps, i.e. to specify 25 fps
in png2swf or jpeg2swf you now just say "-r 25" (as you already observed in
your other mail).
