There is a problem with the webproxy service running in front of
keyserver.stack.nl, which makes it drop requests or return unexpected
errors. A restart resolves this for a while, but I'm still trying to
figure out the root cause. If I cannot get this resolved within the next
couple of days, I'll revert the setup to something that should be more
stable. There are no (known) issues with the SKS service itself.
