[Sks-devel] Current requirements to be displayed on sks key server status pages?

I'm trying to debug why my keys.jbj.org key server is not being displayed
on this status page:

        https://sks-keyservers.net/status/info/key.cccmz.de

The reason is likely that keys.jbj.org needs some additional functionality
to pass sanity tests.

As far as I can tell from recon.log, keys.jbj.org is peering successfully with
key.cccmz.de (5.9.50.141)

What are the current requirements necessary to be displayed on 
sks-keyservers.net status pages?

Any help debugging the issue is appreciated.
