[Sks-devel] sks.es.net down

Sorry folks, but sks.es.net keeps being unstable.  I am in the process
of migrating it to a different subnet (for completely different
reasons), and once that's complete, I'll attempt to rebuild it.  I
should have it stabilized in the next few days, but I may have to
rebuild the DB from a snapshot.  I'll send a note to the list when I
think it is in good shape.
