It turns out I had a typo in the config file so that the server only
bound to the IPv4 address.
I've fixed it now:
% nmap -p 11370,11371 pgp.2280.net
Starting Nmap 6.40 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2014-04-23 07:20 PDT
Nmap scan report for pgp.2280.net (82.71.212.10)
Host is up (0.20s latency).
rDNS record for 82.71.212.10: pancake
PORT STATE SERVICE
11370/tcp open unknown
11371/tcp open pksd
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 0.72 seconds
% nmap -6 -p 11370,11371 pgp.2280.net
Starting Nmap 6.40 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2014-04-23 07:20 PDT
Nmap scan report for pgp.2280.net (2001:470:1f09:8dd::3)
Host is up (0.21s latency).
PORT STATE SERVICE
11370/tcp open unknown
11371/tcp open pksd
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 0.77 seconds
Thanks for pointing that out.
Andrew
