Sorry if you are receiving multiple copies of this message, I was
having trouble signing it.

keys.fedoraproject.org had been down for a while, due to us
experiencing the PTree corruption issues which appear to be fixed in
1.1.4.  It is now back up, and I restored our old membership file, so
we are already gossiping with some servers that still have us in their
membership file, but we could always use some more.

Anyone that wants to add us to their membership file please do so, and
let me know your line to add to ours.
