[Sks-devel] sks.pkqs.net back up

Hi,

it seems that sks.pkqs.net is back up and running.
(The reverse proxy for port 80 reacted quite hesitant in my (few) tests
but db on 11371 and recon on 11370 seem to run.)

Big thanks to Kristian, Jeffrey and all the other people here that took
a look on the mutex issue. I made it finally work by just compiling
bdb 5.3 with the standard configuration (which uses posix mutexes as it
seems).
