[Sks-devel] TLD change

Dear colleagues,

Please be advised that key-server.de is changing his tld to
key-server.org. Please change the tld accordingly in your config files.
IP and all other stuff stays the same.

The .de tld has quite a bit registered time left but wont be extended
anymore.
