Hey All,

I decided to try to build another keyserver in my office here, but I
seem to have come up against another snag.

I have downloaded the key dump (dated 23rd Jan) that is available at
http://pgpkeys.telering.at/public/keydump/.

When I run "sks build" I get the following output:

address@hidden sks]# bin/sks build
dumps/pgpkeys.telering.at/public/keydump/*
Loading keys...done
DB time: 0.17 min. Total time: 0.20 min.
Loading keys...done
DB time: 0.40 min. Total time: 0.43 min.
Loading keys...done
DB time: 0.63 min. Total time: 0.67 min.
Loading keys...done
DB time: 0.80 min. Total time: 0.82 min.
Loading keys...done
DB time: 0.85 min. Total time: 0.90 min.
Loading keys...Fatal error: exception Failure("Bit 7 of packet tag was
not 1 as expected: 7f")

Is this likely a bad key dump, a bad download, or something else?

TIA
Darryl
