these happen occasionally, nothing to worry about as far as I know.

With the low numbers in the list below, I would expect these keys get 
synchronised within an hour.

I have a worse problem. When I put your server back in my membership 
file, the behaviour that I described in November re-started within 
minutes: the SURFnet server starts  re-asking the same 1173 keys every 
ten or so minutes from your server. I have now removed your server from 
my membership file. My server and your have not played games with each 
other for 16 hours but at most 4....
