Hey All,
About a month ago I had a crash on the machine that was running my
keyserver (It ran out of swap so the box started killing processes off).
Since then I haven't had my keyserver running in an attempt to work out
what caused it to run out of VM. I've determined that it wasn't SKS's
fault, so I have decided to get the keyserver running again. However,
when I run any of the sks commands, I get this:
address@hidden sks]# bin/sks -debug -debuglevel 7 cleandb
Fatal error: exception Bdb.DBError("unable to join the environment")
The log.clean after running the above contains:
address@hidden sks]# cat log.clean
2005-01-15 09:25:14 Opening log
2005-01-15 09:25:14 Opening KeyDB database
Anyone have any ideas what would be causing it? The keyserver is running
inside a linux-vserver system. I haven't made any changes to the
keyserver vserver, but I have upgraded the kernel on the machine from
2.4.23 to 2.6.9.
TIA,
Darryl
