All the errors occured on a local installation. And I got the Version from 
yesterday (2003-09-15).

Original Submission:  When I go on "Reporting" in bugs. Then the following 
message is given to me:

Fatal error: main() [function.main]: Failed opening required

I asked you previously to tell in your bug report: 
  - if the bug occured at savannah.gnu.org or on a local installation of 
savannah
  - in the second case to tell us which version of the CVS it is (date).

I cannot help you without these informations, because the problem you report 
did not occur with both my latest CVS version and the current version at 
savannah.gnu.org, tagged before-CERNbranch (or something like that)
