[Savannah-dev] es_ES.po ?

Hi:

I'd like to translate savannah to Spanish. Should I just create 
po/es_ES.po using savannah.pot?

How can I make sure savannah uses the translation once it's finnished?

Is it ok if I leave an empty string for the phrases whose translation 
I'm not sure about? Or, should I leave msgstr with the same value as msgid?
