[Savannah-dev] security issue

Hi,

If you are running Savannah, please update your cop, if you know people
running Savannah, advise them to update.

There is a potential security hole in the Faq. People may read files
that nobody should be allowed to. It does not permit to execute
anything but it's still critical. 

savannah.[non]gnu.org is already updated.
